I started my journey as a sign-writer and moved on to the then-trendy specialist effect business. Colour washes, rag rolling and trompe L’oeil etc. working in Kensington palace and for IFACS (international fine arts conservation studios) in America. So my leaning is to the quality of end product. Never more at home than with a Hamilton paintbrush in hand.
